Fantastic Results from our Sapphire gymnasts at the East Region out of age finals. With just the top three gymnasts qualifying from each age group within their respected counties, the standard was high and the atmosphere super competitive.
Taking the top spot in level 4 age 14 plus was Kira Caple. Kira put out a dominating performance to also place top 2 on every piece of apparatus too. Also in level 4 was Olivia Kilby and Zara Simpson, both put out tidy routines and walked away proud to be in such competitive company.
In the Level 3 round Lilianne Jervis Allen took the bronze all around medal, after a strong final rotation on floor which got her a silver medal too. Kenzie Brown and Tegan Hodson Little, also in level 3 showed impressive performances in their respective age groups.
The level 2 competition was last up on the day, with Sapphires Molly Jefferies taking the overall bronze. Molly’s strong display was backed up with medals on floor, beam and also bars.
