18 months – 3 years old:

Fancy trying a little structure? These parent involvement classes are the perfect way to start your little ones adventures here with us! With weekly themes and skills to learn, you can be assured these classes will boost your child’s confidence and energy.

Through our expert tailored made lesson plans, these classes incorporate many gymnastics skills including: forward and backward rolls, hangs on bars, walks along the high beams, even baby somersaults.

3 years old to primary school aged:

These classes start from 3 years old to primary school aged children. Diamond Pre-School is ideal for those who can’t stop jumping off the sofa, to quite shy individuals who just need a confidence boost in group situations.

Through our expert lesson plans and coach education, these classes engage the child through fun, games, imagination and skill growing that’s all jam packed into one FABULOUS FUN class!

Children just about to start Pre-School or for those already there.

From primary school aged children to 15 years:

From primary school aged children to 15 years. This is one of the most popular sporting activities that children participate in after school.

With our challenging and fun novice, intermediate and advanced ability classes – you can be sure there is something for everyone!

With our very own bespoke lesson plans including badges and rosettes to be awarded, we definitely know how to keep the skill building and fun in the Sapphire General programme.

School aged children of any ability looking to learn and have fun with the sport.

From primary school aged children and up.

We now offer spectacular gymnastics lessons to children who are home educated.

Following a variety of different gymnastics objectives, enhanced with an expertise of our specialist coaches, all set in a state of the art facility… our Home Ed Gym is fun, fresh and ready for bookings!

Children who are able to attend day sessions due to home education

18+ Years:

If you’re over 18 and looking to get in touch with your inner gymnast then this is the class for you.

With our Pay as you go Adult classes you can simply book on when your schedule lets you.

Our expert coaches are there to assist you if you need it and are happy to share their wide knowledge base.
