This fantastic masterclass brings in all of the stages of progressions and technique for front & back handsprings and somersaults. Working with our coaches to build towards these skills in a safe environment.
Please Note: Being able to complete a Round off, Handstand and Bridge is fundamental for these sessions.
Please be aware that the attendee is not expected to be able to complete these skills in one session.
