Fancy trying a little structure? These parent involvement classes are perfect for those wishing to embark on exciting adventures with your child through our weekly-themed parent involvement classes. Designed to enhance your child’s confidence and energy, our expertly crafted lesson plans are tailored to incorporate various gymnastics skills.

Through our expert tailored made lesson plans, these classes incorporate many gymnastics skills including: forward and backward rolls, hangs on bars, walks along the high beams, even baby somersaults.

Little ones looking to climb, jump, roll, and swing, all while building confidence and self-esteem through fun & interactive games.

3 years old to primary school aged:

These classes start from 3 years old to primary school aged children. Diamond Pre-School is ideal for those who can’t stop jumping off the sofa, to quite shy individuals who just need a confidence boost in group situations.

Through our expert lesson plans and coach education, these classes engage the child through fun, games, imagination and skill growing that’s all jam packed into one FABULOUS FUN class!

From primary school aged children to 15 years:

With our challenging and fun novice, intermediate and advanced ability classes – you can be sure there is something for everyone!

With our very own bespoke lesson plans including badges and rosettes to be awarded, we definitely know how to keep the skill building and fun in the Sapphire General programme.

We now offer spectacular gymnastics lessons to children who are home educated.

Following a variety of different gymnastics objectives, enhanced with an expertise of our specialist coaches, all set in a state of the art facility… our Home Ed Gym is fun, fresh and ready for bookings!

Children who are able to attend day sessions due to home education
