Who is the Coach Academy For?
The Coaching Academy is open to anyone aged 14 and over who is passionate about sport, movement, and inspiring others. Whether you dream of becoming a professional coach, want to gain valuable work experience, or are simply looking for a new challenge, this programme is designed to help you grow.
With limited spaces available, we’re looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and inspire. If that sounds like you, this is your chance to shine!
1. Successful interview and enrolment
2. Minimum of 25 hours of buddy coaching with an experienced mentor
3. Progress review consultation to track your development
4. Completion of all theory and practical coaching elements
5. Mentor sign-off as a competent coach
6.Paid employment as a Sapphire Gymnastics coach
