Upon a successful interview, you will work with our experienced coaches through the following process:

• A minimum of 25 hours of ‘buddy coaching’.

• Coaching Progress review consultation.

• Completion of all theory and practical coaching elements.

• Signed off as a competent coach by mentor.

• Employment by Sapphire Gymnastics for coaching.
